Clarity starts here.
Everything you need to know before we get started — from process and timelines to revisions and rush work.
General
-
A Clarity Call is a free 30-minute strategy session where we unpack your brand challenges, business goals, and what’s missing from your current setup.
It’s your first step toward building a brand that’s strategic, consistent, and built to last.
-
Absolutely. That’s what the Clarity Call is for.
We’ll go through what’s working (and what’s not), your biggest challenges, and which package or service best fits your stage of business.
By the end, you’ll know your next steps with clarity and confidence.
-
Yes. Most of my work is done remotely with clients across Australia and internationally.
Everything from strategy workshops to design delivery is managed through seamless online collaboration.
-
I deliver one strong, strategically developed concept with up to two rounds of refinement at the concept stage, and two rounds per rollout item.
This focused approach keeps the process efficient and ensures we’re working toward one clear, consistent direction.
-
Fonts aren’t included in the package price. I’ll recommend the best typefaces for your brand and provide links for purchase so you can license them directly under your business.
-
Definitely. Whether you need a complete rebrand or a strategic update, I’ll help you refine your positioning, refresh your visuals, and rebuild consistency across your brand.
-
Branding is a collaborative process. I share concepts and gather feedback throughout, so the final outcome reflects both strategy and your vision.
My goal? A brand you’re proud to show off.
-
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions on the outlined work. This keeps the process streamlined and focused on achieving the agreed direction.
Additional revisions can be arranged and will be billed separately.
-
Need to fast-track delivery? Work required within 48 hours or outside standard studio hours will incur a rush fee.
This ensures your project receives dedicated time and resources without impacting other client work.
All additional or out-of-scope costs are always discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
-
My studio runs on a booked project schedule. Start dates depend on current workload and project scope.
Once your proposal and deposit are confirmed, I’ll lock in your timeline and provide a clear project start date.

Each package combines strategy, identity design, and implementation support.

Brand packages start from $7,500, with scope depending on your needs and level of detail.
After your Clarity Call, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining inclusions, timelines, and investment.
